Speaker Policies:

First preference is given to BWNFC members, second preference to members of our WDC groups and third to outside speakers
You can only speak every 12 months
Your subject should be educational for our membership, not a sales pitch
You will have 20-25 minutes to speak
The Board will approve your speech topic before confirming you date/time
